The principle of psychological principle in the work place can be referred to those
experiences that are put on all the psychological practices and principles to a work or business
scenario to improve the working conditions as well as to be applied in finding solutions in the
work place. The terms used to refer to the workplace psychology are the industry, work or
organizational psychology. Some of the examples of the organizational principles that are
