The utilization of loop of communication that is interactive according to Al Sayah et al.
(2014) has for a long time been considered as the best method of ensuring higher levels of
understanding and memorization of information among patients. In this study, its aim was to
evaluate the utilization of the interactive aspects communication types of loops, the use of the
jargon plus the effect of every aspect on health awareness especially at the time clinicians
provide counseling and information to patients that have type 2 diabetes.
