(Daley, 1978). Team productivity gives a good measure of SMART goals. If the team goals are
SMART, team productivity will be measured with ease.

For a team to excel, there should be creativity. Mostly, organizations’ employees are
focused on the tasks that will help them get bonuses. Some organizations give gifts to their
