Author’s Key Findings
According to Gaudecker (2013) research that aimed to quantitatively estimate the
meaning of diversification statistics and find their relationship with financial literacy and
financial advice, is was found that people who are under diversified because of lack of good
skills in basic concepts and operations dealing with financial numeracy experience the largest
losses. The largest losses occur to people who trust themselves with their capabilities. Low skills
in investments among individuals contribute to financial results (return losses).
Methodology
