- Identify / list a minimum of four reasons for the purpose of human relations.
- List six important factors why human relations must be in an organizational environment.
The essay is to include detailed answers to all three questions. Your writing will be evaluated on content, completeness, and writing at the college level.

Human Relations
The relationship between staff members can determine an organizations ability to achieve
its objectives. Positive relations between the management team and employees can create a
culture of trust that leads to improved productivity. If employees detest managers, an
organization will experience challenges, such as lack of cooperation, which might decrease
productivity. Human relations allow managers to establish an excellent workplace culture by
addressing needs and resolving conflict among employees. As Reece (2013) claims, human
relations encompass all types of interactions among people, including group relationships,
cooperative efforts, and conflict. Therefore, human relations in contemporary organizations can
enable managers to identify a need for change and establish initiatives to ensure employee
satisfaction, which is necessary for increased productivity.
