In our scenario, the factors in place are age, race, education and income status. Here, these factors depict people in real life and in their social status. To ensure the highest level of accuracy in a simulation, there are a variety of steps one can take. The first is to do different runs in each of the alternatives you have (Blocken, 2015). There should be different numbers used to ensure the best result. In each of these alternatives, the averages and standard deviations should be calculated. The simulation needs to be done over a reasonable time frame. The results should be significantly different otherwise the result will not be accurate. To check the accuracy of a simulation, there is need to do a convergence (Blocken, 2015). Here, one will start with a rough simulation from where he or she can increase the precision in order to see if they will converge at a certain behavior. If they do converge, then it will be that that behavior is the only limitation to the simulation being perfect. From here, it can be corrected to ensure better accuracy. Computing power is good and very efficient. However, there is need to have a few trials with actual things. These simulations should be transferred to text, a prototype made and a trial run. The only other way to assess the same is through the experimental approach applied implemented partially [1]. This simulation approach needs a lot of data to be collected before and after each analysis. The patterns of variables that are dependent on other variable changes are also analyzed as well. For this discussion, I'm considering "Simulation in Military Training: Recent Developments" journal where author explains how simulation can be very helpful in the process of training in military [2]. Many real world scenarios could be developed and make the personnel use them effectively. This type of training could not only save money, but could provide most advanced training with minimal risk of lime and also saves time. These advanced methods could include constructive, live and virtual trainings where the cost of operation is minimized and the training is carried out effectively. Some real scenarios could be pre-defined by developers and could be used by military personnel. The performance of the personnel can then be measured easily. For the current scenario, I would prefer standard view because, the standard view gives us the best assessment in terms of quality as it is more realistic. The observations from the simulation can be compared with the real world incidents which already happened.
