Description
D0401 – Reflections on Doing Strategic Planning
Take a moment and reflect on your “travels” thus far in this strategic planning course.
Discussion Reflection Question:
Specifically, what knowledge and insights have you gained that standout as seminal learning points? Explain why?
For instance, were there “unknowns” that are now known to you or even elements of strategic planning that you now recognize as being important? Or, did you hold any misconceptions that have been disproven? Maybe your new knowledge or insight is the result of a previous poor experience with strategic planning. Or maybe you had a very positive SP experience, and you’re now recognizing (based on what you’ve learned so far) what made the previous experience so positive.
I am picking “unknowns” that are now known to me or even elements of strategic planning that I now recognize as being important? Expand in three paragraphs about the basis of what strategic planning would mean to me and how it will help me at my nonprofit organization.

Moreover, most business people do not know that they should attack when they are confident
enough to win in that particular situation. Additionally, there are relevant acquisitions that one
needs to have in their business for the successful evaluation of a strategic plan (McKee, 2016).
