As a Splunk Developer, my role is to deliver a real-time understanding of what is going

opportunities, risks, and problems and drive better choices for business and information
technology. Understanding the protocols that surround telecommunications and network security
allows me to develop an agile infrastructure that includes the capacity to eliminate and identify
bottlenecks over several business processes. It additionally enables me to successfully index and
collects all machine data to allow end-to-end situation awareness.

The process involved in managing risks that are related to the utilization of information
technology is imperative to any business. Information security and risk management include
treating, assessing, and identifying risks to the accessibility, integrity, and confidentiality of the

information security are a core aspect of my job. Understanding this subject enables me to be

cryptography empowers me to utilize encryption and certificates to protect communications for
my Splunk Enterprise configuration and furthermore solidify my Splunk Enterprise instances to
lessen risk and vulnerability.
