How I will execute risk mitigation plan
After planning, it is always recommended that the right approaches are applied in the
actualization of the plan. Following a good approach is recommended in the mitigation of the
risks, and a better mechanism is also recommended for effective compliance with the needs of
the organization (Viswanathan, Tripathi, & Jha, 2019). In execution of the risk plan, I will ensure
that I do the following to prevent the organizational risks which are always challenging:
I will ensure that the organization is aligned towards change by mobilizing the employees
towards the strategies highlighted in the risk mitigation plan. All organizational members are
supposed to participate in the risk mitigation, and it is recommended that right approaches are
applied in the mitigation of the risks which may negatively impact organizations (Mignan et al.,
2019). Based on the challenges which exist, I will ensure that better policies are applied in the
control of the challenges and application of better methods in the risk mitigation. As drivers of
change, the employees are better tools which can be used in the risk mitigation so that quality
measures are applied in the elimination of misfortunes which exist in the organizations. Based on
