How do you handle change?

Sometimes in life, I am constantly changing. However, this does not mean that I never

good to ask for help. It is a sign of letting me know enough to understand that I need help.
Think about my trusted friends or parents. I am to be happy to help them if I have to take care
of their children when they do business or if I need time alone. Lastly, it is essential to note
the positive aspects of this change. I can meet new people because of this change in my life. I
have started to adopt healthier habits because I was more politically ...
