In this case for men, the dress code that is used is mainly the suit that is of two buttons or one button. The color of the suit should mainly be conservative in nature. There should be a proper dress that is mainly pressed and is of lighter color and it should be mainly worn with the jacket that is termed as the sports jacket. Also, there should be ties that are conservative in nature but there should be proper patterns and colors. Also, there should be proper shirts that are properly collared up with the button-ups and this shirt can be colored till the color is fairly conservative in nature. Also, the shoes should be also conservatively colored oxfords or should loafers that are polished in nature. The polished color can be mainly brown or black (Ambrosio, 2019). For the women, the dress code should be mainly the skirt or suit, top and the jacket that has a neutral color which is mainly like the navy blue, the brown or black color. The shirts should be of any solid color and should be collared up with a button. The hosiery that girls or women would mainly be nude-colored or dark. The jewelry that the girls would mainly wear should be very much larger and should also be noticeable to all the personnel of the organization. the jewelry hence should be distracting in nature. Also, the skirts of the girls or the women should not be more than the width of two fingers form the knees. All this shows the proper dress code of the girls when they were the professional business dress code. Certain ways of changing the point of view: The next dress code that can be often seen is business casual. It is seen that the casual that is worn in the business is one of the most common types of dress code that can be often seen in the states of North America (Wiese, Rafferty & Fox, 2019). This helps in allowing the employees to add proper personality to their workwear by not looking as unprofessional. In this dress code, the men generally wear color and button-ups that are collared in any color. There should be a pattern that is conservative in nature and this should mainly be like the stripes or the checks. Also, the ties the men will work should be conservative in nature hence, the third person of the team should be shown a live example by which he or she can know the importance of the dress code and help in making proper agreement while the implementation of the dress code. On the other hand, men tend to dominate even in the realm of negotiation and they want to show their dominance and show that they know everything or that they are capable of taking care of everything. On the contrary, they are late to confess that they need help and sometimes do not even ask for help. When it comes to creating or coming to a compromise, men tend to want to have control over most of the things, whereas females are more ready to compromise to the point where they do not have much left with (Mazei et al, 2015). When it comes to negotiation, women are ready to reach a common ground and are faster when it comes to willing to compromise (Mazei et al, 2015). Women tend to ask for less whereas men tend to ask for more in the negotiations (Kiessling et al, 2019). Men tend to be aggressive when it comes to looking for a common ground in the negotiation (Mazei et al, 2015). Yet on the other hand, females are more welcoming of the fact that there needs to be a compromise or there needs to be a common solution for all parties (Kiessling et al, 2019). For example, sometimes men do not want to compromise, as they would want females to follow them. On the other hand females are willing to change or take control of the situation in order to balance the peace or the atmosphere (Mazei et al, 2015).

Campbellsville University Staff and Faculty
Anybody with the intentions of enforcing a dress code policy must have the knowledge of
the lacking and the crucial steps that may lead to the whole entity losing its motivation. Despite
the fact that it may prove to be cumbersome in deploying a policy that is uniform minus
encountering issues, Andy (2018) concurred that knowledge of the steps that may lead to the
whole process being efficient may be vital in ensuring the motivation of the team towards
embracing this change. Hence, below are the steps that I would deploy effectively in ensuring the
implementation of the policy of dress code among the staffs and the faculty as a whole in
Campbellsville University.
The first step I would take is the communication with the staff and the faculty. Minus
proper communication with the staff, they will never be motivated since they will ever be in the
dark with regards to the major decision made by the university. Andy (2018) also added that they
will never have the feeling of the ideas and opinions being valued by the university.
After communicating with the staff and the faculty, I would offer an explanation to them
about the importance of the implementation of the dress code policy. Rishel Elias (2017) said
that by doing this would assist them in knowing the expectations from them minus isolating
anyone. For instance, the explanation may include the reason for enhancing the image of the
university so that students can know the persons they want when seeking for help.
The next crucial step is the postage of the policy document as early as possible. However,
Andy (2018) warned that the policy should be carefully thought and evaluated with respect to the
time for sending it to avoid backlash among the staffs in the university.
The fourth step involves the training of the employees. During the early stages of the
implementation of the policy, Mamic (2017) identified that it is essential to offer training to the
staff on the areas needed with respect to the implementing the dress code policy.
Lastly, I would undertake the evaluation of the failures or results during the early
moments or stages of the implementation of the policy; that is between three to six months. Andy
(2018) supported this step by acknowledging that this will assist in gauging whether the policy
has been successful deployed.
