According to Robert (a friend), non-verbal communication skills and especially on the
use of facial expressions, posture, and hand gestures are areas that I need to improve. According
to Robert, I tend to have disheveled tone, moody facial expression, and poor posture. Improving
these skills will help me to win the attention of others during communication. It will also enable
me to better express myself in a manner that cannot polarize or demoralize the parties in
communication. Therefore, honing these areas will elevate communication skills.
