the best in terms of supply chain characteristics. It is located in the North Africa region covering
163,610 square kilometers. It is bordered by Algeria to the west and southeast region of Libya.
The Republic of Tunisia is located in the Maghreb region of North Africa. The topography of
Tunisia is associated with the following natural features: Atlas Mountains, Medjerda River, lake
of Tunis, and it borders the Mediterranean Sea (Ham et al., 2004). Tunisia is one of the fertile
nations around the globe. It is considered to be a full democratic country in the Arab World.
Tunisia has encouraging human development index. It has association agreement with a number
of multinational organizations such as the European Union, the Non-Aligned Movement and the
