The goal of my paper is to differentiate between the meaning of what murder is explain similarities and differences between Euthanasia and Physician Assisted Suicide to properly examine and understand the different viewpoints throughout the paper. Abstract
Many people’s lives alternate between workplace and family. Work provides daily
activity and income, while family is the source of intimate relationship and love. The general
happiness of a person, therefore, comes from high levels of satisfaction in the workplace and
family. While many people want a pleasant family and a decent job, it is challenging to balance
the demands of work and family responsibilities. Employees in high demanding jobs have little
time to meet the needs of the family and are at high risk of numerous health complications like
depression and drug and substance abuse. The current study explores the hot topic of choosing
between family life and a decent career.

Introduction
The workplace and the family are the two significant determinants of happiness and
wellbeing for most adult people across the world. Most people aim to find a good job that offers
decent pay and a loving family. However, finding the two things altogether can be a challenge
and equally stressful. Lucrative jobs that pay well require hard work and dedication and will
mostly consume a significant portion of an adult’s time, leaving little time to spend with family.
The workplace offers daily activity, salary, and friendship that is also critical to people living
conditions.
Family provides intimidate love and relationship that have a central significance in a
person’s wellbeing. One can therefore state that happiness is determined by one’s satisfaction
with family life and career. This study explores the challenging issue of work-life balance. The
research begins by introducing the meaning of work-life balance and how choosing between a
happy family and lucrative career varies across gender. The adverse effects of work-life conflict
will be explored, and strategies to achieving this balance will be brought to light.

Many researchers have investigated family, work, and satisfaction. It has been noted that
the level of commitment to employment is generally high among people, indicating that people
