How to increase the overall company performance through organizational development in
the energy company.
The wheels of change are moving very fast so that the best strategies of attaining
organization development is through mergers and acquisition. Engaging the employees of the
energy company is one way of increasing the company's performance (Doroshuk, 2019). The
management of the company should leverage excellent leadership skills and practices within the
company. The company's management should also identify all inherent drawbacks and eliminate
them. The company should also work on the training and strategic development of their
employees. The company should also align their metrics so that they can work as a guideline in
their decision-making.
