According to Burgess and Gold (2015),
culture is a human institution, and therefore it shows
the exercise of will or a set of intended meanings. This is where values and rules are applicable.
These rules and values relate to human action, and sometimes it is a victim of their
inconsistency. This means culture can also be a domain of diversity of beliefs, the variance of
passions, and even differences in human decisions. On the other hand, Geography considers
itself a science, and questions the reality of the divisions of space on the surface of the earth. It
points out the difference between divisions of space naturally and its divisions founded on
cultural issues like language, types of government, beliefs, and customs. At a certain level,
