the diamensions of the rectangular in meters are  5.4 cm = 0.054 meters and 5.9 cm = 0.059 meters 

The area of the rectangular in square meters will be  S = 0.054 * 0.059 = 0.003186 m^2 = 318,6 * 10^(-5)  m^2 

the magnetic flux is given and its Φ = 4.9 * 10^(-5) T m^2 

the formula for the magnetic flux is : Φ = Β *S*cosθ where θ is the angle to the normal of the rectangular . 

Since we want the strength of the magnetic field we solve for B . Thus : B = Φ / (S*cosθ)

and substitute : Β = 4.9 * 10^(-5) / (318.6 * 10^(-5) *cos44 ) = 4.9 / (318.6 *0.719) = 4.9 / 229.07 =0.02139 T = 21.39 mT
