Agile Methodologies is commonly applicable because it proposes alternatives to traditional project management (Stamelos & Sfetsos, 2007). They are defined as software developments which are used to to help businesses respond to unpredictability. Analysts Stamelos and Sfetsos (2007) say there are three integral organs in that necessitate agile methodologies. They include focus on adaptive instead of predictive methodologies. Secondly, it is believed that focusing on the team work is more relevant and makes Agile Methodologies even more applicable rather than focusing on individual role (Stamelos & Sfetsos, 2007). The third driving force of agile movement includes self-adaptive process which fosters for commitment and increases organization production.
