I’m trying to study for my Business Law course and I need some help to understand this question.

There are many differences between adults and juveniles that police need to take into account when conducting interviews. 

When and under what circumstances can police interview a juvenile offender? Who should be present at that interview? Why?

when the police are to interview a juvenile offender ,they should ensure at all times they do not subject the offender to any kind of violence and intimidation.to ensure that this does does not happen a person maybe a lawyer ,guardian or any other witness should be present at the time of interview.. a juvinile can be interviewdd if the police belived that they had enough information that can be helpful in their investigations .
