when the police are to interview a juvenile offender ,they should ensure at all times they do not subject the offender to any kind of violence and intimidation.to ensure that this does does not happen a person maybe a lawyer ,guardian or any other witness should be present at the time of interview.. a juvinile can be interviewdd if the police belived that they had enough information that can be helpful in their investigations .
