You will need to question your existing knowledge and beliefs. Why do you feel the way you do about the right to health care?

Option A is the best possible option as I certainly and completely agree to Dr. Miller`s view. His
views are strengthened by the Affordable care act (2010). This act has three primary goals. First
one is to make affordable health care insurance available to more people. Second one is to expand
the Medicaid program to cover all adults with income below 138% of the federal poverty
level. Finally the third goal is to invest in the researches done in the direction of inventing novel
methods which could be cheap and easily deliverable to the masses.
All the three goals support the fact that health care is something which is the right to everyone
and everyone is accessible not only to primary health care but also the emergency health care
too.
If we look into this fact then we feel that it is not only ethical but also finance saving decision. As
Dr. Miller said, that not investing in the health care of the public initially, would lead to more
