After viewing the trailer and the two Neglect ,  you are the social worker assigned to this family and you need to make a mandated call to the child abuse and neglect hotline to report what happened in the clip “Precious Fights her mom”.  Using the information you know from the clip, complete the CANTS 5 DCFS form https://www2.illinois.gov/dcfs/aboutus/notices/Documents/cants5.pdf and upload the completed form to the discussion forum. The CANTS 5 is a required form that needs to be filled out and mailed to the nearest DCFS office within 48 hours of an oral report being made to the hotline.
