After a recent website redesign, the company has received several complaints from its
customers who are not satisfied with the way the website is working. The customers have a hard
time accessing whatever information they search, and the available forms are not working
correctly. Additionally, some crucial information is missing, which makes them feel frustrated
hence the increased volumes of calls to the customer service line. That, therefore, prompts the need
to research to establish the nature and severity of the clients’ complaints to help find a realistic
solution to that problem.
To gather reliable information from the targeted population, in this case, being the unsatisfied
customers, the following survey questions will be asked;
1. When did you (the customers) realize the website had developed problems? Before the
website was redesigned, the customers did not have a lot of issues like those being
experienced. In that case, clients who would identify correctly when the problem started
would mean that they are honest about their answers as the company knows when it all
