learning is the process in which a person perceives an event or a phenomenon and in a way, it
affects him. The person develops an urge to know why it occurred or why it affected him the
way it did hence the development of questions. In an attempt to address these questions, the
person starts to collect related data in different ways. Once he does the collection, he attempts to
