It implies that one is aware of his or her opinion that contributes to his or her knowledge.
A perfect example can be seen in the campaign period through election (Meltzoff & Cooper,
2018). Before the US election that happened in 1972, pollsters thought that it was Nixon who
would win the election. The evidence seemed sufficient. After the election happens and Nixon is
pronounced the winner, then one would confirm his or her opinions that suggest he or she knew
what he or she knows now.
Reason to Care about Critical Thinking
We should always care about critical thinking because it inflicts us with the ability to
engage logical thoughts to, consequently, solve a problem. By being concerned about critical
thinking, one would be challenged to engage the logical process for solving a problem. To be
