The off- the- form finishes refers to the concrete surfaces that rely on the finish and texture
formwork (Keller, 2016). The rigidity and dimensions of the formwork, as well as the texture and
joint tightness, are of great importance. It is created using trowels and screeds. After it has been
put in forms, concrete finishes use a screed to make the concrete surface level. Koichi Torimura,
Villa Saitan and Felipe Escudero are good example examples of structures that are being
constructed using Off-the-form finishes construction condition.
