Company Overview-Konami Holdings Corporation
Konami Holdings Company is a Japanese entertainment and gambling Multinational
Corporation that is mainly involved in the development, publishing, and marketing of video
game software products. Konami Holdings activities can be classified into four business
operations, namely digital entertainment, health and fitness, gaming and systems, and
amusement. Konami Holdings generates most of its revenue from production, manufacture, and
sale of digital content which include mobile games, arcade games, computer games and video
games sold globally.
The Minato, Tokyo based company was founded by Kagemasa Kozuki in March 2006.
Currently, the company has grown to include a total of 10392 employees globally who help the
company in realizing its revenue. In 2019, the company achieved total revenue of 262.5 billion
JPY. Some of the video games developed by the company include Pro Evolution Soccer, Metal
Gear, Silent Hill, and The Phantom Pain. When the company was founded in early 2006, the
world was developing technologically, and many people began to own phones and computers.
Therefore, the company was founded to seize the business opportunity that just opened up
because many people already realized the fun in playing video games on their gadgets. Currently,
the company is managed by an executive team chaired by the founder Kagemasa Kozuki and a
group of senior managers

The company operates in the electronic gaming and multimedia industry. The video
gaming industry is one of the fast-growing sectors that grow as technology grows. There is an
