U.S Constitution and the Bill of Rights
The U.S constitution and the Bill or Rights are some of the most important documents in
the country. Looking at the structuring, there are specific reasons why they have been structured
in the manner that they are. One of the main reasons is for easier understanding. For example, the
US constitution is made of different articles, while the Bill of Rights provides a list of the most
important rights for US citizens. In doing this therefore, it becomes possible to understand the
element of these two documents. Further, their structuring was based on the need for easier
perusal. The judiciary, lawyers, politicians, citizens and other interested parties, once in a while,
would like to peruse the various elements of the documents for various purposes (Amar, 2008).
Their structuring has hence made it possible for these individuals to easily access the information
they may be interested in.
Further examination of the two documents shows that there are various significant points
and aspects. First, in the constitution, the first article is highly significant. This is because it
examines the legislative branch of the federal government, made of the Senate and House of
