The fall prevention program is a multifactorial platform in the medical unit and is
particularly potentiated by older adults who do so in response to opiates, chemotherapy, and
anxiolytics protocols. According to Barker, Kamar, Morton, & Berlowitz (2009), Oncology
patients are, however, at a higher risk for injury from falls due to advanced age and
