Making choices in a business is a daily thing for both the middle and senior-level
managers. It is a process that requires a full understanding of the situation and the right
information flow given to the ones making the decision. Managers that have made decisions
have used the decisions making process steps to arrive at a reliable and rational choice. Decision
making can be described as the thoughtful, logical, and deliberate process where choices towards
a direction, action, or a person are made. There are three key features of the process, the decision
