Health means the status of one’s body while health care is the maintenance or improvement of
health through the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of disease, injury, illness, among other
mental, and physical impairment in people. In the United States, the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
was enacted in 2010 and it changed the U.S. health care landscape.
Tell me what you thought of the article (10 points)
a. The adoption of the American Health Care Act among other proposals which had
replaced the individual mandate speculates that the people need to maintain
progressive insurance coverage whether they are sick or not or face a penalty while
individuals who will wait until their cover expire risk being denied coverage in the
near future .

b. The insurance coverage was expanded by between one to three million people after
one of the provision directed that young adults be made permitted for coverage on
health plans of their parents which are sponsored by their employers. This in turn
would save more lives especially those of young adults who are yet to secure
transparent jobs.
