need.” (Jones, 2018). This people centered behavior has ensured the company’s association
with high quality entertainment due to the culture that utilizes a cutting-edge technology. The
company is often described as entertaining, informing, and inspiring to people across the
globe, through its creative minds and unpatrolled storytelling. Due to these qualities, Disney
is a premier entertainment company through which its people envision excellence, due to the
company’s adoption of highly effective organizational values, which include innovation,
support, education, and entertainment.
How Disney socializes its employees
Disney utilizes a unique approach in socializing its employees. Before putting them
through a formal training program that is aimed at providing them with the skills they need to
complete the tasks assigned to them, they are shown the big picture of the organization, and
their role to uphold the four main values of innovation, education, entertainment, and support.
The key purpose of Disney, which is to create happiness, is also communicated early, thus
