the company’s culture. Started by Jeff Benzos, founder, and CEO, the hiring culture has
prevailed in the organization through the years. It is an essential factor that sets the company
aside from other multinational companies. The recruitment process applied in the US considers
several crucial steps that aid the recruiters in identifying the most exemplary talents fitting the
job positions and roles within the company. Fundamentally, the process begins with an online
application, which leads to assessments, phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person
interviews.
