Cerebellar hypoplasia is a neurological disorder that effects the cerebellum. If a person is diagnoses with this condition, they have a smaller than normal cerebellum or it has not been fully developed. ( What are the signs and symptoms that an individual could experience? A cerebrospinal fluid leak takes place when the fluid escapes through a tiny hole that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. ( What happens to the spinal cord and brain when this happens?
