The facility is guided by key values that patients come first and all the patients are treated with dignity and respect. Patient-centered services are provided to the patients. Patients visiting the facility for health care can be assured of polite, friendly helpful staff members who give their time in knowing their patients individually. An extra effort is taken in meeting the expectations of the patients. The staff is diversified which helps boots abilities in communicating and getting to know the patients. A clinical physical environment is created in a way that reflects diversity and engagement in many cultures in the community (Douglas,2013). Communication is an important aspect to have in an organization especially that deals with the interaction with individuals. Health Care Organization 4 Health care Services provided by the facility Primary health care will be provided in the facility. This is the type of care it will contain doctors, nurses, therapist and dentists as the staff. They will deal with patients who may be suffering due to physiological, physical, mental and social problems. This targets specific conditions such as drug and alcohol treatment, oral health, asthma, diabetes, mental health, sexual health, and oral health. There will be four departments containing different types of health care required by the patients. Some of the services that will be offered are general practice services, prevention, early intervention, management, health screening, and management. Secondary healthcare also will be provided by medical specialists and other health professionals who are not supposed to have the first patient contact. Patients are referred from the primary to the secondary healthcare system (Yoshihashi,(2014). This will contain departments of urologists, dermatologists, and cardiologists. Having a secondary system in the same organization helps in saving the cost of searching other facilities and also helps in accessibility when patients get refereed from the primary healthcare system. Conclusion The resistance of change by employees is natural and can be corrected by having a wellplanned strategy of bringing out change. The change should also be timed to be convenient for the employees in the organization and promote gradually assimilate to the new changes with ease. Organizations should have missions and value statements that help govern the decisions made by the organization. This also governs the solving of conflicts in an organization and the ability to provide the best type of service to the patients. Healthcare facilities should be able to put the patients' needs first and give their full concentration in proving them with the best care. Health Care Organization 5 Reference Ball, M.
