They will write a report the participation and contribution to the IEP process of a student including assessments, goal writing and IEP development, educational and certification requirements and changes that have occurred over the last 10 years in that position. Paper should also include research trends of the position currently in the journals. You may not research Para, Instructional Assistants, special education or general education teachers. These are not positions under related service providers. Research paper should include at least 2-3 peer reviewed articles in bibliography. Paper should follow APA format and include a bibliography, no abstract is needed.

An Individualized Education Program is a legal document under the American law
formed for all the children in Public schools. It profiles the specialized learning experience for
disabled children who have satisfying conditions. These conditions include clearly defined
learning disabilities, Autism, emotional disturbance, and all other kinds of disabilities that may
hinder regular learning for public school children between the ages of 3- 21 years. This program
