Part 2: Organization these days trying to acquire market & customers by any means they can so to make more profit by improving the sales, main motivation behind every person working in the organization is to improve their sales & profit by reducing the cost required to produce the product. Managers try to analyze the market & try to access the current requirements try to find the easiest & cheapest way to get the work done. These were few of the many reason for the mangers to explore outside world to achieve their targets. Apart from what is being said there are few more core reasons for business to look for international market, I would like to discuss few of them here in my discussion below. By moving the business to international location these gave business to reach out more people & to attract them to purchase their product. As they have more sales there is more possibility of making more profit. Second reason for them would be to control expenses as we might not have some resources available in our country but sometimes other countries will have same resources in abundance which will help firms to hire recourses at lower expenses compared to other location. Out sourcing is the one of the reason for moving the business internationally. Other reasons for business to enter international market are to achieve diversification & competitiveness in market globally. They are adding more options to consumers who are already using the product & creating a new line of products to consumers. Few of the reasons are good foreign polices attract business to enter the business in that particular country. These are few of many reasons for the business to enter international market, there are lot of other reasons too.
