Learning objectives are the second step in designing an instructional plan. How valuable is specifying learning objectives? Do you think it makes a difference to the students? How do they impact learning? In your opinion, can learning objectives address the needs of all students? Why or why not? Learning objectives are noted at the beginning of each chapter in our text, how did they affect your learning? Why?
