Introduction
The development of the i+MED laboratories organization was initiated to provide essential
services of rapid testing manufacturing, drug testing, and producing commodities products. The
main goal of the company development was associated with the growing needs of potential
customers in the community system. The vigorous activities of the company necessitate the need for
expansion in the process of distributing products to a different part of the world. The company has
initiated some new ways of supplying medical products based on the development and launching of
new products, especially with the commercialization of products in 2019 (Champakaew et al., p
373, 2016). The idea of research development programs in Thailand is supported by innovative
ideas in the process of initiating global biotechnology markets in the laboratory system. The
expansion strategy of the company involves projects or activities of underlying diagnosis and rapid
testing in the context of biotechnology awareness. There is increased competition in the world
through the development system of reaching the international market system. The expansion
strategy is initiated to potential markets system, especially in the areas with a high risk of infections
like India and Africa.
The main issue in the process of reaching out to external markets is the lack of experience to
operate in areas that are outside Thailand. The company is struggling in the effort of penetrating in
new geographical areas since they posses’ different structure and segmentation of the market system
(wan Azman et al., p 94, 2019). The company does not have enough marketing skills to easily
connect with distributors, customers, and suppliers from markets that are outside Thailand. The
existing domestic markets of products and services in Thailand are performing well, but there is a
need to integrate the business system to the international markets to increase the total revenue of the
company.

Problem Identification
The idea of introducing new products to new market structures helps in the advancement of
many facilities in the i+MED. The company is lacking enough experience of exposure to
international markets despite its successful integration on the domestic markets system. The need
for initiating sales force and marketing strategies that match external customers' desires and
preferences of product development and services integration poses some challenges in the
advancement process. There is some resistance that is restricting the engagement of the i+MED
organization to be within local markets (de los Ángeles et al., p 16, 2016). The expansion strategy of
