Question Description

Need help with my Psychology question - I’m studying for my class.

Topic is about identifying ways to reduce bullying in childhood, and find at least four peer-reviewed journal articles that were used to develop a website (note: dissertations are not peer-reviewed journal articles!).

The annotated bibliography must:

(a) describe each reference including its main claims and findings (approximately one paragraph each) and

(b) The annotated bibliography will be used to design a website, so you must indicate how the reference was used to design and support the claims made on the website.

Note that annotated bibliographies must be no more than 2 pages in length, double-spaced with one-inch margins on all sides, typewritten in Times New Roman 12-point font, and have been clearly checked for errors in both spelling and grammar before submission.

bullying and victimization. The Canadian journal of psychiatry, 48(9), 577-582.
The authors of the article “identifying and targeting risk for involvement in bullying and
victimization” define bullying as negative verbal or physical actions whose intentions are hostile.
The article discovered that cyberbullying causes distress to the victims if repeated over and over.
Bully children gain power while their victims lose power. Another finding is that Children who
bully others are at risk of diversifying their power from bullying in schools to harassing others
sexually. It raises concerns that bullying can bring problems in relationships later in life. The
article also discovered that cyberbullying can be eradicated by assessing the social, educational,
emotional and physical problems. The article also discovered that parents can play part in
ensuring the incidences of cyberbullying are not transferred from one generation to the other
through advising victims accordingly. The article is significant as it provides powerful solutions
towards the reduction of cyberbullying.
