    Abstract
    Leaders and managers are very critical people in an organization. They are the ones
    responsible for corporate success or downfall; therefore, for an organization to be successful, it
    should have excellent leaders and managers. The roles of managers and leaders may sometimes
    overlap, but their differences still exist. For instance, some managers may have the
    characteristics of leaders, while others have managerial skills only and no leadership skills. In a
    healthy organization, the duties and responsibilities of leaders usually mesh well with the roles
