What are some key performance indicators that are used by organizations in which you
have been employed? How did managers explain the importance of these KPIs, and were
any rewards tied to them?
Recently, I was promoted to the position of a human resource manager. There are several
key performance indicators that can be used to evaluate my performance. The main aim of the
KPI is to assess the performance goals and standards that are set. At first, they have an
evaluation form. The main evaluation aim is to evaluate how well I have met my goals and
objectives. The statement involves questions about leadership and communication skills. At first,
the employer asks me to assess myself. I will fill in the assessment form and provide the
rationale behind various ratings.
The first method that will be used to measure performance is evaluating the number of
employees that have been trained by the company policies. Every company requires its
employees to undergo various training programs so that they can learn multiple skills that can
help them provide services. It is the role of the human resource manager to ensure that
employees attend these training programs. They are essential since they educate them on modern
trends in the industry that can be used to solve various problems. The management will check if
employees have been trained on new policies and practices? If they have been trained, what
percentage of the employees have been trained on new policies and practices?
The second key point will be to check if I, as the human resource manager, has ensured
that the company has various diversity initiatives. As a human resource manager, I should there
