Define empowerment
Business development is based on the development of positive relationships between
management and employees. The realization that employees are essential to organizational
development presents a reliable system that helps create a strong emphasis on better processes
that help improve the overall organizational growth. Managing the needs of employees plays a
significant role in ensuring that employees are motivated and empowered (Brommundt, 2018).
Employee empowerment entails giving employees a certain degree of control and engagement
where they can make the right decisions based on the underlying tasks. Employees need to
operate in a friendly environment where they can quickly and freely express themselves, which
is a critical aspect of building their confidence while also promoting a more significant
commitment to existing organizational goals. Empowering employees ensures that they
