1. Executive Summary
i.
In our school, getting the most out of students is a big problem.
ii.
Many students are not attending classes, and keeping track of them is a headache for
many schools.
iii.
The manual signing sheets present many loopholes since students can sign in for their
friends. For big classes, it is not easy to do headcounts.
iv.
The clicking system project has been created as the ultimate solution to ensuring
students attend at least 75% of lectures, which will result in improved performance,
better time management, and security.
2. Project Purpose/Justification
A. Business Need

The implementation of the computerized clocking systems will significantly save
on labor costs.

The system can track the movement of the students at any given time, including
the time of arrival, time of departure, and the time spent within the premise but
away from the work station.

In addition to increasing efficiency in attendance monitoring, the system will also
be used to help students in time management.
