understand the significance of leadership in organizations. Irrespective of the challenges
involved in bringing together a team of individuals, maintaining contact remains as one of the
relevant issues in any establishment (Ankeles, Graham, Pittore, & Ramamurthy, 2013). Equally,
arranging for the conference meetings helps in keeping everyone together since one can
