This paper has been prepared to elaborate on two key elements within an organization.
These elements are organizational leadership and management. This paper will highlight the
similarities and significant differences between the two and how they go hand in hand in the
pursuit of efficiency within an organization.
What is organizational leadership? Leadership can be defined as the act of conducting a
team or a group from the front so as to attain a certain goal. Leadership is mainly attained
through the composition of attributes such as: the inspiration to share vision with the team, the
ability of the leader to encourage his team in difficult times so as to prevail over difficulties on
the job in the pursuit of achieving set goals and the ability of the leader to motivate the members
