Technology has played a key in making work easier and more efficient. However,
technology is taking over human jobs in various industries. From the recent past dating from the
agricultural and industrial revolution in Europe and America, the introduction of machines and
advancement in technology has continued to replace humans. Modern technology such as
artificial intelligence, robotics, computing, and automation have continued to take over jobs from
humans. They have been widely in fields such as manufacturing, health, agriculture, transport,
and services industries where automation of rendered thousands of people jobless. The
successful development of driverless cars will also render millions of drivers jobless across the
world.
