undertaking as many challenges often accrue to the organization making it difficult for the
company to become successful. Doing business in a foreign country by a multinational
corporation often leads to challenges, such as adapting to the business or marketing
environment in the nation, language barrier, employing employees that fit the business
culture and adhering to the business laws of the country naming a few. Many corporations
that have been successful with their operations in foreign countries are often as a result of
aligning their business and marketing strategies with the market they are operating in. A good
