Introduction
An e-commerce company is a convenient online shop that allows customers to buy goods
at their convenience. Sports R Us is in the process of providing its customers with self-service
solutions for various customers who are interested in accessing various sports products. To
achieve the customer needs and expectations, Sports R Us web application will be made
compatible with mobile devices, notebooks, laptops, iPods, iPad, and tablets, laptops, and
notebooks. The online presence of the Sports R Us web application will be increased by making
the compatible with Baidu, Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Safari browsers.
This essay argues that the success of the web application is based on the effective
application of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to guide its design process through the
implementation process to accommodate its goal and purpose and align it to the needs and
wasn’t of the target audience. However, the design of the website must be compatible with
mobile devices so long as the required resources are available. Graphical design for the home
page of Sports R Us, the Web page for a self-service review of products and checkout, a
recommendation of the prototype, and the potential evaluation method for the Web design will
also be provided. Finally, the paper will provide key details of the implementation plan for the

Purpose and Goals of a Mobile Self-Service
This mobile self-service web application is purposefully designed and would be
implemented to increase customer traffic on the e-commerce website so that the company can
sell more sports equipment and generate more revenue and profitability. It is anticipated that
upon completion, the web application will realize a 40% increase in its profit. The company
banks on the reliability and convenience of the mobile web applications self-service to increase
