Evidence Research
Empirical evidence is the core of every research undertaking. Over the years, evidence
research has been the quest for many countries globally. The countries of the world have been to
sharpen their evidential base. Many criminal and cruel acts are committed worldwide by
unknown terrorist groups which, considered to be anti-state agencies. Thus, Maloney and
Housman, (pp.179) explains several attempts by countries to have a proper way of gathering
evidence from the crime scenes. Such moves will, in a great way, help the countries to minimize
criminal acts. Through evidence, the perpetrators will always be in fear because there is a
possibility of being found. The paper attempts to give clear procedures that can adequately
facilitate a comprehensive investigation of a biological evidence crime scene.
Evidence research being the major concern of the developed countries, there is always a
need to be in a position to address every security issue. Thus Malony and, Housman elaborates
on the friction ridge evidence. Maloney and Housman, (pp.179) reveal that some prints are not
easily visible, this comprises of friction ridge prints from the foot, fingers, and palm that could
be available at the scene of the crime. Mostly, they are chemically or physically processed such
that they can produce clear images, be visible, and summed up as a collection for the particular
case. Friction ridge prints found at the scene of the crime are referred to as latent. It can be
classified into three categories: latent; cant be visible unless subjected to some processing using
