An Organization is a purposed and well-coordinated batch of individuals enjoined by a
single objective. Most organizations have a common goal and purpose regardless of the industry
they are in. Guidelines and rules are set to enable an organization to achieve its purpose; whenever
an individual joins an organization, the rules are explained to them to ensure the individual is
acquitted with the company policies (BFC Development Team, n.d.). Among the regulations, ethical
values are included as they keep workers in an organization at peace by following the norms and the
culture in place.
The FOOD FIRST organization was founded and established in 1975. It is a champion and
fighter of unfair and inequity factors that bring about malnourishment or a lack of food. It advances
its purpose by ensuring that the societies suffering the discrimination end up getting their food and
food wellsprings back. Food security includes "the availability of food, access to food, biological
utilization of food, and stability of the other three dimensions over time.” (FAO, 2006)
Food First is guided by three factors that include education, action, and research. By
educating the communities on the governing rules and procedures, the societies can fight for their
eatables and their origin from conniving individuals who do not have any regard for human life.
